Beautiful hotel, exceptional staff from the waiters at the restaurants, everything was perfect.

Nice service throughout my stay. Impressive & stunning room with a mini bar, climate control, and an individual safe. Great and lovely location in the great area, really close to the Maria's restaurant and beach and 

I stayed in the room that was well maintained and clean and available with the twin bed.

The bathroom I had was very cold.

The best and satisfactory breakfast — a wide range of meals. Awesome views of the beach from luxurious rooms, genuinely nice employees. Great location to explore Cancun and top-notch service.

Beds were very firm.

The hotel is clean and the room is well-designed and reasonably large. It has particularly good location, very close to main touristic attractions in Cancún, a good tattoo shop, and the "special restaurants``. Also, the property is located 1 mile away from 

Incredibly beautiful hotel with incredible staff especially at the entrance and the receptionist, everything was amazing. Spotless room with a view to the ocean.

The staff were superbly friendly; we had a smooth check-in. The location was favourable and beautiful, for example, La Isla Shopping Village was relatively close to the hotel.

stunningly beautiful place with perfect views of the garden. coastal area, very central location short walk to the sunset restaurant, commercial center with bars, and mexico.

The place is perfect, the staff are superfriendly.

There is an excellent casual restaurant apart from the buffet.

The hotel was fairly clean and had extremely great staff from the waiters at the restaurants. The location was marvellous because it was close to Gaviotas restaurant, slide area for the younger guests, and the gift 

All in all everything was good, had a such great stay on vacation. The room was luxurious and spotless with a shower and hairdryers in the private bathroom. Garden view was awesome.

Liked Cancun, the hotel was stunningly beautiful and quiet directly on the beach. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a lounge and it's own balcony. I only stayed 3 nights, but the staff was willing to help 

The location is marvellous, just next door to that restaurant and Cancun and other parts of Mexico and shops, you cannot beat it. Plus, it is set 1 mile from La Isla Shopping Village.

We had a blast with activities and workshops, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome as a big group of friends.

Felt well taken care of, no complaints at all.
